Lani Moku Grill offers catering services for events of all sizes. Many of our delicious menu items are available on the catering menu, and even some special touches such as beautiful fruit trays, tasty appetizers, and cold beverages are available. Serving dishes and serving utensils are also available.

Pan Pricing Details
ALL CATERING INCLUDES
• Serving utensils provided for each dish (Tongs and/or Spoons)
• 9” Compostable plates, forks, napkins and sauces (Teriyaki & Pele)
We can provide the following for an additional cost:
● Disposable chafing dishes: $30 per chafing dish, includes set up
DROP OFF CATERING
Food will be dropped off at the scheduled location and time. Once your order is dropped off, Lani Moku Grill will not be responsible for maintaining proper food safe temperatures.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS
• The deposit must be paid to secure the catering.
● Deposit is 25% of the order total.
● Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the catering date. If catering is booked inside 14 days, full balance will be due upon booking.
● The deposit will be applied to the total amount due and is non-refundable.
An 18% gratuity/service charge will be added to all drop off and pick up orders.
A $25 delivery fee will be added to any order delivered within the Eugene/Springfield city limits.
$2 per mile additional outside of city limits Any changes to the order must be done within 48 hours of catering.

Food and Beverage will be dropped off at the scheduled location and time. Once your order is dropped off, Lani Moku Grill will not be responsible for maintaining proper food safe temperatures.
ON-SITE CATERING
Our staff is included in the total price to prepare food and set up serving area. We will have staff making sure the food stays at food safe temperatures during serving times. We will keep the food table clean and presentable while answering any questions your guests may have. All food that is leftover is yours to keep and we can place all remaining food in foil pans or Ziploc bags.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS
The deposit must be paid to secure the catering date.
$250 deposit for 75 guests or less
$500 deposit for 76-250 guests
$1000 deposit for 251 guests or more
The deposit will be applied to the total amount due and is non-refundable.
An 18% gratuity/service charge will be added to all drop off and pick up orders. A 22%
gratuity/service charge will be added to all weddings that require the food truck on site. Food
truck can be on site for all weddings with 100 or more guests.
A $40 delivery fee will be added to any order delivered within the Eugene/Springfield city limits.
$3 per mile outside of city limits
Remaining balance is due in full 30 days prior to reserved date.
Any increase to final head count must be done within 5 days of reserved date.
